The Kind Of Wedding You Would Like To Have

Every now and then you get a customer you want to keep for life. This is Bernard and his beautiful new bride Georgie. Bernard has been one of the few people I know that enjoys cloth as much as I do and he has been supportive of Le Noeud Papillon since its inception. When Bernard eyes good cloth his blue eyes light up with the gentle innocence of a child who is observing a butterfly for the first time.

For his wedding suit he chose a navy super 180 Ambassador cloth from Dormeuil. His suit and those of the grooms were done in a peaked lapel 2 button with double vents. All were navy although the grooms received a Holland & Sherry super 130 honeycomb. The cloth was flown in and the workmanship was done here in Sydney by our favourite Italians.

For the ties, Bernard chose an aqua repps silk with fine white stripes that we had in stock. All in all, it worked out perfectly, as there was a beautiful blue sky over Sydney on the day of the wedding which complemented the ties. It is a privilege to deal with Bernard and to be able to say that Le Noeud Papillon did both the suits and the ties for the wedding.
