The relatively new O'Farell government in NSW wants to raise money by issuing 'Waratah' bonds, using the proceeds to promote tourism and infrastructure. However, I think we could have a much better result if they just get a few people to take photos of the Emerald City and put them up on a blog. It's not a hard city to promote aesthetically and it's certainly the jewel in the crown for New South Wales.
